Michael Keane is set for another loan move away from Old Trafford, with Blackburn thought to be interested in bringing him to Ewood Park.
Yesterday it emerged that Blackburn were interested in acquiring the services of talented Belgian youngster Adnan Januzaj and the Daily Mail are reporting that they are keen on pairing him up with centerback Keane, as Gary Bowyer looks to bring him in on a short term deal and strengthen his defensive department.
The 20 year old made his first team debut in the league cup against Newcastle last season before shinning whilst out on loan at Leicester last season, making 27 appearances for the Foxes and earning rave reviews from players as well as pundits.
He was part of the first team’s pre season preparations making a number of appearances including on the first team’s tour of Asia and Australia. Back at Old Trafford Keane has returned to Warren Joyce’s u21 side, but it is thought that United have high hopes for Keane, meaning they would be happy to see him go out on loan to a Championship side again in order to gain further experience.
